So much has been going on that I haven't had time to sit down and catch you up so here goes...

Lily will be turing 2 next Saturday, the 29th. Looking back at the older posts, it seems like we were just celebrating her 1 year birthday. She's grown so much into such a sweet, playful, funny, and crazy little girl. We look at her each day and are blessed beyond our wildest dreams. She brings a smile to our face and melts our heart. Oh man, we're so lucky.

Levi turned 5 months today. Wow! Time is flying so fast that I need it to slow down just a bit. He's so alert and loves to hear his voice. He's very happy and smiles so big when you look at him. Oh man, he loves his sister. Lily can make him laugh like no one else. She kisses all over his face and helps out with his pacifier and even tries to give him her milk. When we look at Levi, he brings a smile to our face and melts our heart. We are truly blessed beyond our wildest dreams to have two wonderful, beautiful, fun, loving, happy kids.

The 2nd time around seems to go by faster. Levi is now a month old. I wish there was a way to keep them small but I'm so happy they are growing strong and healthy.

Since we got a surprise around September of last year when we found out we were expecting again, we have done a lot cleaning out and getting ready. Poppy and Gigi (Daniel's parents) came and painted his room. Daniel and I put his crib together. My aunt Debbie helped start bringing my idea to life for his decoration and Daniel and I finished.

Since he's been born, I can now post pictures of his room. We kept his name a secret so nobody was allowed upstairs when it was finished. Here are some pictures.

So a lot of things have happened since I last blogged. Lily is now 19 months and is Miss Independent. We welcomed our new baby and have been busy since.

Lily's Halloween costume was the cutest ever.

turning 1

October 29th, Lily turned 1. We had such a good time decorating for her parties and opening her gifts. She loved her cakes. We celebrated with family and friends and it was such a great time. Thank you for all who celebrated with us.

11 months

I can not believe our baby girl will be 1 in another month. It does not seem real but it has been a great 11 months. Right now, we are busy planning her big birthday party. It is cool because I get to look through all her pictures and see how much she has changed and grown. It is a blessing that I am able to stay home with her and watch her become her own unique person.

surprise

I have been having some pains so I went to the doctor on Friday, Sept. 24 and got a surprise. Daniel and I are expecting another baby. Lily will be a big sister. I was so shocked when the nurse told me. I have an appointment on the 20th to find out more about this new addition.

We are so excited and hope that you follow us on this journey.

selling my hobby

I have decided to start selling my items that I crochet. I'm finishing my tree skirt now and it looks really good. I'll post pictures of the stockings and tree skirts. If you're interested in me making these items for you, please check out my Etsy page. I can only do so much at a time so it's first come, first serve basis. I'm crocheting beanies (hats), scarves, newborn cocoons and hanging pods. I have several other things I'll crochet and they will be posted on my website so just look there for items.

I'm really excited about doing this because I love to crochet and I hope to share my handmade items with you.

summer visit to Biltmore

We decided to go to Biltmore to see the flowers and enjoy it during the Summer. It was nice but so hot compared to other times we have visited. We had a good time and I think Lily enjoyed herself also.
